How Beauty Without Cruelty South Africa delivers receipts, digital items and, in limited cases, physical goods.

BWC is a non-profit organisation. This website is used primarily for donations, campaigns, petitions, education and the Humane Guide. Physical delivery of goods does not generally apply.
Donations
No physical goods are delivered in respect of a donation. Where a Section 18A tax receipt is requested and BWC is able to issue one, the receipt is sent electronically to the email address provided.
Digital items
Confirmations, receipts and event tickets (where applicable) are delivered electronically to the email address supplied at the time of payment, normally immediately or within one working day.
Physical items (limited cases)
From time to time BWC may supply printed materials, campaign items or merchandise. Where this occurs, delivery timeframes, costs and areas served are stated at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, delivery is within South Africa and is normally fulfilled within 7–14 working days of payment clearing.
